What's in our sealcoat?
MasterSeal – Asphalt and Blacktop Sealcoating
A mineral filled asphalt emulsion pavement sealer, with up to 500 lbs. of silica sand to fill in rougher asphalt and give it a superior long lasting finish designed for sealcoating, protecting and beautifying all types of asphalt and blacktop driveways, parking lots and more.
A regular scheduled sealcoating program utilizing MasterSeal will more than double the life of your asphalt and blacktop.
DESIGN
Below are some of the Extra additives we put in for Diamond Seal The strongest Sealcoat ever made
Film Toughener For Pavement Sealers.

Our Mission
Sealcoating Increases
Pavement Service Life
To reduce the effects of the above-mentioned elements, it is important to implement a maintenance program that utilizes sealcoating to extend the life of your parking lot or driveway. Sealcoating will provide a layer of protection blocking out harmful intrusions such as water, oils, and U.V. damage.
In addition, when asphalt sealer is applied to manufacturers’ specifications, sealcoating provides a slip-resistant surface with a deep black finish that beautifies the parking lot or driveway. Asphalt sealers are typically bituminous based products or acrylics.
The sealcoat is in a liquid formulation of one of the above emulsions, mixed with water, silica sand, polymer additives, and other proprietary fillers and solids. These products can be applied by brush, spray or squeegee.
A regularly scheduled sealcoating program will more than double the life of the asphalt, saving you significant dollars down the line.

Why Does Asphalt Pavement Deteriorate?
Left untreated, asphalt pavement will deteriorate rapidly. The asphalt binder (glue) that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation.
Moisture penetrates the asphalt, causing damage and deterioration to the pavement. Oil, gas, and salt cause further damage to the pavement surface.
All of this environmental distress is why asphalt goes from a newly laid fresh black appearance to a drab, aged, oxidized gray appearance.

What is Hot Pour Crack Filling & Sealing?
Hot pour cracking involves heated up blocks of rubberized asphalt in a specially designed oil-jacketed melter and then applying the heated material to cracks in roads and parking lots.
Hot pour crack filling and sealing is generally done on roads and highways and in many cases, on parking lots. Hot pour offers the advantage of quick set times (10 minutes or less). Once the hot pour material cools you can drive on it.

What is Cold Applied Crack Filling & Sealing?
Cold Applied Crack Filling and Sealing provides an efficient, economical and effective approach to filling and sealing cracks in asphalt pavement. “Filling” and “Sealing” are terms that are used interchangeably in the pavement maintenance industry.
Both terms essentially mean the same thing with some attributing the term “Sealing” to strictly rubberized elastomeric materials. Cold applied crack filling is typically performed on parking lots and driveways, but can also provide effective results on roads and streets.
Cold Applied Crack Fillers typically consist of a clay-filled, polymer-modified asphalt emulsion liquid that flows into cracks at ambient temperatures.
